Therapy breaks, also known as therapy retreats, are immersive wellness retreats that offer a safe space for emotional healing and personal growth. They can help you learn to process trauma, build resilience, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself and others.
Retreats are designed to offer a holistic approach to healing and mental wellness through a mixture of ideas and therapeutic interventions in an atmosphere that is warm and creative. They can offer effective solutions through counselling and therapy in one-to-one sessions, or group workshops.
Please note that we can not release monies for family holidays or weekends away. There needs to be a strong therapy element.
