Just4Children are fundraising to provide therapies and specialist equipment to directly improve Lottie’s comfort, safety and quality of life.
Our beautiful daughter Lottie is nearly one years of age from Whitehead in Northern Ireland. She was born with an incredibly rare genetic condition caused by a TUBA1A mutation. This affects how her brain developed, resulting in multiple severe diagnoses including Lissencephaly Type 3, agenesis of the corpus callosum, microcephaly, ventriculomegaly, and cerebellar hypoplasia. She is profoundly deaf, blind due to bilateral optic nerve hypoplasia, and faces daily challenges including epilepsy, dystonia, adrenal suppression, vocal cord palsy, and severe reflux disease.
In spite all of this, she continues to amaze us with her strength, resilience, and gentle spirit. Every day brings new challenges from managing her complex medical needs to ensuring she receives the care, equipment, and therapies she so desperately needs to give her comfort and the best quality of life possible.
Just4Children are reaching out for support to help with ongoing specialist equipment, therapy costs, and medical expenses not covered by standard NHS care. Every donation, share, or kind message truly makes a difference and helps us give her the opportunities, comfort, and love she deserves.
Specialist intense physiotherapy costs £750 per course, our goal is to get as many of these as possible.
