Lilac is an 8 year old girl from Cheltenham with Cerebral Palsy and Just4Children want to help her fulfil her dream to walk independently.

In 2018, thanks to an overwhelming show of love and support we were able to fundraise a life-changing amount of money so that Lilac could have vital surgery and rehabilitation that gave her the independence that we once only dared dream of.

Since having Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy (SDR) at Bristol Children’s Hospital, your support has allowed Lilac to access the right therapeutic inputs at the right time, and she has smashed every goal that she has been set since.

BUT! Cerebral Palsy is an ever evolving condition and we are prepared for the growth spurts in the coming years potentially throwing out some curveballs.

It is crucial that we continue building on what we will be a lifetime of hard work for Lilac so that she is able to strive towards full and functional independence. To this end, we are reaching out once again for your help.

You believed in our girl then, please believe in her again now. Your support will ensure that she is able to access the experts as she has done that have been key in getting her to where she is todays. YOU have given her wings, now help us make sure she flies.

All monies raised will go directly towards Lilac’s rehabilitation costs with include equipment and therapies.

You can follow Lilac’s journey and watch her progress as a result of your donations and an awful lot of determination over at Lilac’s Little Legs and @lilacs_little_legs
