Just4Children wants to raise funds for Jace to be able to have SDR surgery to help him walk independently.

Jace is 5 years old from Somerset and was born with Cerebral Palsy. As a result he cannot walk or stand unaided.

Jace can have an operation called Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy which involves cutting nerves in the lower spine, reducing spasticity and weakening the core muscles. After intensive physiotherapy to strengthen the muscles back up, Jace should be able to stand and walk unaided!

Jace is such a fun, happy, loving, kind, independent little boy! Who just wishes to be able to walk like his friends!

We are raising £40,000 to make his dream a reality.

This money will go towards all medical and aftercare costs.

Thank you
