Callum, 4, longs to walk, talk, and play like other children. He needs £75k for vital therapy and specialist equipment to continue his journey toward the childhood he deserves.
At just four years old, Callum from Banbridge, Northern Ireland, is teaching us all what true bravery is. From the moment he was born, Callum has faced a mountain of challenges that most of us could scarcely imagine—including an average of 180 seizures a day. Diagnosed with a rare genetic mutation called TUBA1A, Callum lives with muscle tone issues, which make it difficult for him to stand or walk. He also faces significant developmental delays and a rare brain abnormality that affects his epilepsy, balance, mobility, muscle control, and speech.
But beyond these clinical diagnoses, Callum is the most sociable little boy who adores people and whose smile lights up every room he enters. Callum’s determination shines brighter than any obstacle he faces. His laughter is contagious, and his spirit is nothing short of extraordinary.
Today, Callum needs your help.
To reach his full potential, Callum urgently needs access to specialised therapies and equipment—private Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, and Speech and Language Therapy—that aren’t available through NHS care alone. These therapies are not just treatments – they are life-changing opportunities.
Imagine the joy of Callum taking his first independent steps. The excitement in his eyes as his words finally find their voice. But to make this happen, Just4Children need to raise £75,000. Every pound donated directly funds the therapies that will strengthen his muscles, improve his coordination, enhance his speech, and help him walk, independence he so rightly deserves.
Callum’s journey is tough, but it is filled with hope. With your support, we can offer him a brighter, fuller future. Every donation, no matter how small, is a step toward a brighter tomorrow for Callum. With your support, we can give this brave little boy the chance to move freely, find his voice, and gain the independence every child craves.
