Trustee Discretion and Limitation of Support
The Charity reserves the right, at the sole discretion of the Trustees, to limit, suspend, or withdraw support and services to any individual or family where:
- the level of contact, demands, or correspondence is considered unreasonable, excessively timeconsuming or disproportionate to the Charity’s resources;
- the conduct of the individual or family places an excessive burden on the Charity’s staff, volunteers, or Trustees;
- the individual or family seeks to involve the Charity, its Trustees, staff, or volunteers in legal proceedings, disputes, complaints, or investigations to which the Charity is not a direct party; or
- continued involvement is considered by the Trustees to be contrary to the best interests of the Charity, its beneficiaries, or its charitable purposes.
Any decision made under this clause shall be final and at the discretion of the Trustees.
