Just4Children are raising funds to help with costs of Olivia’s rehabilitation and therapy to give her a better quality of life.<\/p>\n

Prematurity and cerebral haemorrhages when Olivia was two days old caused huge destruction\u2026my daughter had a stroke\u2026grade 2 and 4 cerebral haemorrhages. This caused massive damages. Olivia aged 2 from Peterborough has cerebral palsy and her physical and cognitive development is delayed.<\/p>\n

Despite the hard, daily and often painful rehabilitation, Olivia is an incredibly cheerful child. Every new thing that she learns makes her extremely happy. I know that Olivia has still a long way to catch up with her peers. I hope that intensive and long-term rehabilitation will make it possible. Nevertheless, this type of care and therapy costs a huge amount of money.<\/p>\n

Olivia is in the care of the NHS therapists since she was four months old. Nevertheless, they did nothing to help her, apart from telling us her actual state. I don\u2019t want to think what could have happened if it wasn\u2019t for the private therapists\u2026<\/p>\n

Olivia is an amazing child who has suffered a lot already. We still have at least a few years of rehabilitation ahead of us, but I know it\u2019s worth it. It is worth to fight for a better tomorrow.<\/p>\n
