Just4Children want to fundraise for Jaedon aged 2 from Manchester who has cerebral palsy to ensure he has the best physio sessions and can have access to specialist equipment he may need to improve his onward journey.
Our little boy Jaedon was born at 33 weeks and not long afterwards was diagnosed with quadriplegic cerebral palsy.
As a family we are looking to fundraise for Just4Children to allow Jaedon to attend the best physiotherapy sessions as well as access the appropriate equipment to enable him to progress with his physical abilities and have the best quality of life he could possibly have.
Jaedon has already shown lots of improvement but we are seeking to get our son the best help that is available. Jaedon is an absolute ray of sunshine and is now wanting to be more mobile. Just4Children need funds to enable Jaedon to be able to access the specialised equipment and any home adaptations that he will require to enhance his young life.
