Please help Just4Children raise funds for Diana to have extensive surgery and post-operative care which will give her every opportunity to live as normal a life as physically possible.
Diana is a loving, 10-year-old girl from Manchester who was born with dislocated hips, a bone missing in her right leg, and a deformed ankle.
In spite of countless treatment Diana’s right leg has become much shorter than her left and health officials have explained Diana would never fully recover to live an independent life.
After seeing a similar case to Diana’s, we found a specialist in the US called Dr Paley who has been offering truly ground-breaking treatment on children with Diana’s condition for several years now. After consultation Dr Paley advised Diana should not have her leg amputated and, in fact, after surgery Diana would not only be able to wear normal shoes, something which she has long dreamed of, she will also be able to play normally with her friends, take part in sports, and eventually live and work independently.
We are fundraising for Just4Children to pay for Diana’s operation and post-operative care. We just want to give her every opportunity to live as normal a life as physically possible.
