Just4Children are hoping to fund an eyegaze for Oli which he will use to communicate by controlling with his eyes.

Our Son Oliver was starved of oxygen at birth. As a result he has a HIE Grade 3 leading to quadriplegic cerebral palsy and other complex conditions.

Oli is 2 years old from Dorset with no independent movement. He is unable to hold his own head, play with toys or speak. He requires full support in every aspect. He is severely disabled. He also has a visual impairment and complex epilepsy.

£6,500 is needed to purchase Oli an eyegaze. This is essentially an electronic device that he will control with his eyes in order to communicate (Steven Hawking style!).

Oliver has proved he can use the equipment in a demonstration through the company smart box. This life changing equipment will open up Oli’s entire world! Finally, he will be able to communicate with us, tell us what he needs and wants and interact with his brothers.

Once Oli has the device he can also build upon the uses, eg he can use it to control the tv and turn on lights.

Thank you for your support.
